チケット売り場、および待合所内は段差のないバリアフリー設計となっており、どなたでも安心してご利用いただく事が可能です。チケット売り場への導線もゆったりと設計されており、誘導用の点字タイルも設置しております。The ticket counter and the waiting area are designed to be barrier-free with no steps, ensuring safe and comfortable access for everyone. The pathway leading to the ticket counter is spaciously designed, and tactile paving tiles are installed to assist visually impaired passengers.
■ 多目的トイレMultipurpose Restroom
待合所内には多目的トイレが設置されており、車椅子ご利用の方や小さなお子様をお連れのお客様も安心してご利用することが可能です。A multipurpose restroom is available inside the waiting area, providing safe and convenient access for wheelchair users and passengers with small children.
■ スロープRamp Access
車椅子をご利用の方やベビーカーをご利用のお客様も安心して入場できるよう、スロープを設置しておりますので、安全にご利用いただけます。A ramp has been installed to ensure safe and smooth access for wheelchair users and passengers with strollers, allowing everyone to enter the facility with ease and peace of mind.
■ のりばBoarding Area
フェリーについては船首から乗船頂けます。高速船の乗り降りについてはスロープを設置しておりますので安心して乗船頂くことが可能です。For the ferry, boarding is available from the bow (front) of the vessel. For the high-speed boat, a ramp is provided to ensure safe and easy boarding and disembarkation.

建物の東と西側に出入口があり、東西のどちら側からでもご利用いただくことが可能です。The terminal has entrances on both the east and west sides of the building, allowing access from either direction.

待合所内は段差のないフラットな設計となっていますので、どなたでも安心してご利用いただく事が可能です。待合所内部と外側にはベンチもありますので、お待ちの間ゆっくりお過ごしいただけます。The waiting area is designed with a flat, step-free layout, making it accessible and safe for all visitors. Benches are available both inside and outside the waiting area, providing a comfortable place to rest while you wait.

■ フェリーくがに 乗船口Ferry Kugani Boarding Entrance
船内へは正面ランプドア（船首の開口部のドア）から入場して頂きます（赤色の通路が目印）車椅子やベビーカーをご利用のお客様も安心してご利用していただくことが可能です。Passengers board the vessel through the front ramp door located at the bow (marked by the red pathway). The entrance is designed to accommodate wheelchair users and those with strollers, ensuring safe and comfortable access for all.
■ 1F客室出入口1st Floor Cabin Entrance
1F客室への出入口に段差解消用のスロープを設置しております。A ramp has been installed at the entrance to the 1st floor cabin to eliminate any steps, ensuring smooth and accessible entry.
■ 1F客室1st Floor Cabin
1F客室内には車椅子のお客様の優先スペースや優先座席が設けられております。船内入口には案内表示（点字）もあり、安心してご利用いただくことが可能です。The 1st floor cabin includes priority spaces and seats for wheelchair users. Braille signage is also provided at the cabin entrance, ensuring a safe and accessible experience for all passengers.
■ バリアフリートイレBarrier-Free Restroom
1F客室内にバリアフリートイレが設置しております。トイレまでの通路幅も十分に確保されておりますので、安心してご利用いただくことが可能です。A barrier-free restroom is available inside the 1st floor cabin. The pathway leading to the restroom is wide enough to ensure safe and comfortable access for all passengers.

すべてのお客様に快適にご乗船いただけるよう、設備を整えております。The high-speed boat New Kugani is also fully barrier-free.
