乗船・予約Boarding & Reservations

 チケットの購入は乗船当日のみの販売となります。またお支払いに関してはすべて現金支払いのみとなっております。We’re sorry, but tickets can only be purchased on the day of boarding.
Please note that we accept cash payments only.
 旅客についての乗船予約は原則行っておりません。団体での乗船を希望されるお客様についても乗船予約は行っておりませんが、利用日と人数をお伺いさせて頂き、乗船人員の把握の参考にさせて頂いております。In principle, we do not accept passenger reservations, including for groups. However, if you’re traveling with a group, we may ask for your intended travel date and the number of passengers for reference.

 車輌積載の場合は積載台数に限りがあるため、基本的には予約をいただいておりますので、事前にお電話にてご予約をお願いします。大型車においてトレーラー車は積載致しかねます。また、観光バスにおいて基本的には積載可能ですが大型観光バスは津堅島の道路の特徴上通行できない箇所が多々ありますので詳しくはお問合せください。Yes. As there is a limit to the number of vehicles we can carry, we require vehicle reservations in advance by phone.

Please note:
Trailers cannot be accepted.
Sightseeing buses are generally accepted, but large buses may not be able to travel on Tsuken Island due to road conditions. Please contact us for details.

荷物・持ち込みLuggage & Carry-on Items

 高さ4.5ｍ未満の貨物の積載が可能です。ただし荷台より1ｍを超えるはみだしがある際は料金が発生します。詳しくはお問合せください。Items up to 4.5 meters in height can be loaded.
However, if the load extends more than 1 meter beyond the truck bed, additional fees will apply. Please contact us for more details.
 おひとり様１個程度の手荷物であれば発生しませんが、複数個になると発生する場合がありますので事前にご確認下さい。There is no charge for one small piece of personal baggage per person. However, if you have multiple items, a fee may apply. Please check with us in advance.
 高速船・フェリーどちらにも乗せることは可能です。ただし、高速船は荷台スペースが小さいので混雑時や悪天候時はお断りさせていただくことがあります。Yes, bicycles can be brought on both the ferry and the high-speed boat. However, due to limited cargo space on the high-speed boat, we may decline bicycles during busy times or bad weather.
 原則としてフェリーへのご案内となります。ただし、バイクについては通路幅や高速船の荷台スペースに空きがある場合は可能です（目安：125cc以下のバイク）Generally, motorcycles are guided to the ferry. However, motorcycles under 125cc may be allowed on the high-speed boat if there is available space and sufficient aisle width.

料金・割引Fares & Discounts

 あいにく、現金のみの取扱いとなっております。近くにATMやコンビニなどはございませんので事前にご準備して頂くことをお勧め致します。Unfortunately, we accept cash only. There are no ATMs or convenience stores nearby, so we recommend preparing cash in advance.
 大人のみ15名様以上いらっしゃる場合は団体割引、また障がい者割引がございます。

アクセスAccess

 平敷屋旅客待合所周辺は無料駐車スペースとなっておりますが、漁港内施設となっており、事故・盗難などについては自己責任にてお願いしております。Free parking is available around the Heshikiya Passenger Terminal.
Please note that this area is part of a fishing port facility, so we are not responsible for any accidents or theft. Park at your own risk.

運航・欠航情報Service & Cancellation Updates

 雨だけでは欠航にはなりません。ただし、大雨で視界不良などがある場合、一時運航を見合わせる場合があります。欠航の判断に関してですが、海洋状況は日々変わりやすいため当日の朝に最終判断をさせて頂いております。Ferries are not cancelled due to rain alone.
However, service may be temporarily suspended in cases of heavy rain with poor visibility.
As sea conditions can change daily, cancellation decisions are made on the morning of departure.

その他Other Questions

 あいにく船内に売店や販売機などはございません。乗船前にご購入頂くことをお勧めします。Unfortunately, there are no shops or vending machines on board. We recommend purchasing any necessary items before boarding.
 ペットの乗船は可能ですが、必ずリードをつけるか、または全身が入るケージに入れ、ケージの扉をしっかりと閉めた状態でご乗船ください。
なお、リードやケージをご利用いただいている場合でも室外での同伴とさせて頂きます。あらかじめご了承ください。Pets are allowed on board. However, they must be either kept on a leash or placed in a fully enclosed cage with the door securely closed. Please note that even when using a leash or cage, pets are only permitted in outdoor areas. Thank you for your understanding.
